With each passing day our lives are getting faster, we have got into the tendency of doing things the quickest way, and the same is with food! Nowadays everyone is working and hardly people get time to cook, and even on weekends when we have the time we don't feel like cooking anymore and hence we have vividly got into the habit of getting food delivered at our doorstep. Each day a new delivery joint is popping up in some nook or corner of the city, and delivering food via Zomato and Swiggy, who are making it so easy to sit back at home and enjoy whatever is popping up in our mind and almost at any hour of the day!
Hence I bring to you 2 my favourite delivery joints in the city which are absolute hidden gems!

Déjà Bowl is a very recently established joint, they opened up their first outlet in Salt Lake and now they have expanded to 2 more outlets, Park Street and EM Byepass.
▶️ What I ordered from the Salt Lake Outlet
Presentating :
◾️CHICKEN CURRY RICE HOMESTYLE
The wholesome bowl had rice cooked in Indian style, chicken srewed in onions and other vegetables, flavored with lots of Indian spices.

▶️ What I ordered from the Park Street Outlet
Presentating :
◾️CHILLI CHICKEN NOODLES
The wholesome bowl had boneless chilli chicken served with noodles cooked with a lot of spices and topped with capsicum and onions.
Price : Rs. 205/-
◾️MINI GULAB JAMUNS
These were still hot, soft and melting in the mouth.
Price : Rs. 35/-
✔️Deja Bowl is a Swiggy exclusive food delivery and takeaway joint having 3 outlets in Kolkata located at Salt Lake Sector 5, Park Street and EM Byepass, providing quality food at your doorstep!
✔️It is focused on Chinese and North Indian cuisine. Deja Bowl brings you food the BOWL style, like Combo Bowls, Homestyle Bowls, you can even make your own bowl!
✔️Also they provide very secure and spacious packaging, completely sealed to keep your food as hot and fresh as possible. The package comes with a tool pouch containing spoon/fork, salt and tissue.

Cloud Kitchen
This is another joint located in Chouranghee, delivering Indian and Chinese food at your doorstep. Their food is all you need for your weekends! They have 2 separate outlets for Indian and Chinese, both in Chouranghee. I ordered from their Indian outlet and absolutely loved what I had.

A lovely menu they have curated. The kebabs were really soft and succulent, simply to due for. My pick was the Paratha, it was prepared in a different way, had a bit of crunch yet was soft enough, covered with masala, loved it. Rice was distinct and perfectly cooked. Overall experience was really good, and I generally don't expect this good food from a delivery joint but this was bliss.
