Who are superheroes?
According to the most logical book written definition, superheroes are heroic stock characters, possessing supernatural or superhuman powers who fight with their opponents and protects the public....
But, what exactly is a superhero for us?
Well, superheroes are an emotion! In this 21st century, the world is divided into two different universes of superheroes - Marvel and DC!
From every man's perspective either one is better than the other and thus the love and belief in their favourite superheroes increases....
INTRODUCTION:
Kolkata within the last few years have come up with many new theme cafes and restaurants among which one has come up with the theme of superheroes. So this time with the hope of having a wonderful experience and spending some quality time with friends, food and superheroes, we continued our foodwalk towards the superhero themed cafe named CAFE HQ ( https://www.instagram.com/cafehqkolkata/ )

ENVIRONMENT:
With entering, the cafe provides you with a good feel with Marvel DC character posters framed on the walls, their interiors have decorations which will surely mesmerize any Marvel DC fan, from comic pages framed on the walls to the big wallpapers of Joker and Captain America, from superhero cubical wall to the painted bats on the ceiling walls, from light lamps covered with superhero characters to the tables having superhero logos painted to the menu filled with eye catching dish names, this cafe will not leave you without surprising...

From all the exciting names, we finally decided what to order...

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Good flavours but could have been a bit bigger in size!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Not upto the mark, could have been a lot better with such spice combinations!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Preferred to eat the veggies rather than the steak. In short a bad decision to opt for it!

A good place for hanging out with friends and family with a good range of exciting food available along with games and comic books to play with and read for pleasure.
According to me, every superhero fan should visit this place for once to experience the surrounding there but is it a place where I will visit again for having some food? Well, that's a difficult question to answer!

- AMAZING SPIDER WEB PIZZA: A thin crust pizza with grilled chicken, Bell peppers and a good amount of mayonnaise of 8 pieces ( as per selected ). The flavours were really good and the simple combination of chicken, pepper and mayo did have a good balance of taste in the mouth!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Good flavours but could have been a bit bigger in size!
- BATMAN BURGER: A burger made with chicken patty, egg, grilled tomatoes and onions with burnt garlic chili mayo served with French fries and a dip. The flavours did not mix well and did not complement each other well. The fries were hot and crisp and tasted perfect with the dip!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Not upto the mark, could have been a lot better with such spice combinations!
- THANOS STEAK: A plate served with chicken steak, mashed potatoes, herb flavoured roasted vegetables with red wine jus. The potatoes and the veggies and the steak together had a mild taste which did not create a astonishing environment which a main course should have!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Preferred to eat the veggies rather than the steak. In short a bad decision to opt for it!
- POWER STONE - ICY SPICY BLACK CURRANT: A spicy drink yet full of mind blowing flavours which will surely be a treat in the mouth with all the above course food we had. This purple coloured chili flavoured drink was the saviour!

BLOGGER'S OPINION: Personal favourite of the day!
- CAPTAIN MARVEL'S MONTE CARLO: A glass served with a layer of crunchies with a layer of black forest cake above it and vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and choco chips. You can also select chocolate or vanilla cake in place of black forest cake.
